Working with a mid size oil and gas resource company at the start of the lease negotiation to reviewing all the proposed tenant spaces and providing high level costs based on the construction required. We were able to help the tenant pick the right size space for their needs all the while thinking about the final outcome of the design for the space.
With the design and engineering team we created a complete set of working drawings for permitting to the city and tendered the work to all applicable sub-trades.
With all longer lead items on order at the finalization of the permit drawings we were able to execute the renovation in a 4 week turn over. We completed a new reception, additional meeting room, modifying the existing coffee area as well as expanding the server room.
All the construction was completed while the tenant was occupying the space and the transition of temporary reception to new reception happened over one evening with no interruption to their clients or staff.
