We worked with the landlord to upgrade the entire facade of the complex. Giving the building a fresh new feel by refreshing the paint with more modern colors and refacing all the old concrete columns with new brick veneer.
An important part of the project was managing all the traffic of the mall along with installing additional traffic calming measures to ensure that patrons of the mall were safe. Adding bollards in front of some of the high traffic columns ensured no damage would occur to the new brick veneer.
The project was completed before the 4 week time frame and has given the mall a fresh and updated feel.
